Legalization of Marijuana Has been a controversy all around the world. The process of legalization of marijuana has been taking years. Americans have taken a survey on weather they approve of marijuana or are against it. 40% of Americans are in favor of marijuana being legalized. 46% are against it. Have you ever considered how your life would be impacted if marijuana was legalized? Have you thought on how your relatives lives might be impacted by marijuana being legalized? There has been protest of people not wanting marijuana to be legalized. Many Americans state that if marijuana was legalized there would be less people going to jail. It has been known that the government spends millions of dollars per year. Just to get people into jail. With marijuana being legalized there would be less people going into jail for drug trafficking. The government wont have to spend as much money on getting people into jail. They would invest more money on schools and other organizations then the criminals.
